NAPFA Kicks Off Consumer Financial Planning Education Series
The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), of which I’m a member, is launching a free consumer education webinar series this week.
The first session, “Money 101: Knowing the Basics,” will be held this Friday at 1 PM Eastern Time. Subsequent webinars will be held on the first Friday of each month.
Future topics include “Kids & Money,” “What is Financial Planning?,” and “Protecting What You Have.” Each presentation will be archived for future viewing. If you wish, you can register for the NAPFA financial webinars, or just wait until after a session has taken place and view it using the consumer webinar archive. An advantage of attending these webinars “live” is that there will be an opportunity to ask questions after each 40-minute presentation.
The twelve sessions, provided to the public free of charge, reflect NAPFA’s ongoing commitment to help consumers educate themselves about financial matters.
